We had a fantastic dining experience at the little yellow house! From the moment we walked in, the front-of-house staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warmth and hospitality. The atmosphere was inviting, the music set the perfect mood, and the service was excellent. Our server, Deidra, took wonderful care of us—she was attentive, knowledgeable, and made our meal even more enjoyable. We opted for a three-course meal, starting with a fresh caprese salad. For the main course, the king salmon was cooked to perfection, offering a delicious balance of textures and flavors. We ended the meal on a high note with an apple cake paired with ice cream. The food was exceptional, with unique flavor profiles that made every dish stand out. I only wish we lived closer so we could come back and try more from the menu! If you’re looking for a great meal in a welcoming setting, I highly recommend this spot.

It's really hard to find a 5 star restaurant on the Oregon Coast, but this really comes close. We had the roast duck, salad and pumpkin cheesecake, such a good combo. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu here. A must stop in Canon Beach for a nice romantic dinner. Get your reservation in

While in Cannon Beach we discovered this little gem of a restaurant. My wife and I walked by early and met Josh (owner and chef). Made reservations for the evening to celebrate a Big birthday. Food was outstanding. My fresh halibut was prepared to perfection as were all accompanying sides. My wife’s scallops were prepared perfectly as was the roasted romaine lettuce. The choices for desert were over the top. We ended up choosing the apple desert. See picture. If you want a unique dining experience then the little yellow house is a must. Little Yellow House Review: After a BRUTAL week, my wonderful hubby treated me to dinner out at The Little Yellow House here in Cannon Beach where he’d done signage for the wonderful new owners. I will just say that this was the most AMAZING meal I’ve had for quite some time. The service was exemplary, the texture, flavors, and quality of each item in our multi phased dinner was off the charts! This young couple who makes up the Chef and wife team that runs this operation is not anything you’d expect in a small coastal town like ours, they are New York, Boston, San Francisco level culinary performers. We are SO FORTUNATE to have them here locally! This was an absolute delight of an evening for us and a special night out for any of our visiting tourists. Absolute perfection. And did I mention they have a superb Walla Walla wine on the menu? Yahhhhh…, and the majority of the folks around us also ordered at bottle or at least a glass (or 2) of this beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon Well done folks, see you again soon!

Having worked as a commercial fisherman oh so many years ago, and being from Alaska, I have had access to incredible halibut and fish in general. I’ve had it prepared in dozens of iterations. The halibut I had this evening was absolutely top three. In fact I don’t remember better, but top three seems safe just in case. The place is small and feels intimate. The service is excellent. Everything I’ve tried here in the two times I’ve been was delicious. House made ice cream for dessert. This place is worth it.

We arrived there without a booking and the lady who received us gave us seats upstairs. The waitress who was assigned on that area was welcoming. The set up is not really spacious, we can easily hear conversations from the other tables. Not a lot of drink choices except for a lot of wine listing. Food was ok, I would really want to eat veggies but the beans were raw. Halibut was a lil bit bland on top of a risotto. Since its a little bland i wished to have more pesto sauce. The filet mignon that my husband ordered was ok. For paying a hefty sum is ridiculous for that meal. Not sure if i can recommend

This was one of the best restaurants we’ve been to in a long time. The halibut with pesto sauce on top of a risotto cake with seasonal veggies was outstanding. Hubby enjoyed delicious rack of lamb with a 1/2 baked potato and seasonal veggies. We didn’t see it on the menu so we were happily surprised when our server, Hilary, brought warm focaccia bread with herb butter to our table. Hilary was friendly, attentive, and personable, but also let us enjoy our meal without hovering. We were also delighted when the new owner, Kendra, came to our table and greeted us. If you are looking for a quint, upscale, delightful, romantic place for dinner in Cannon Beach, with EXCELLENT food, then this is the place for you!! We will definitely go back! Maybe even as soon as tomorrow.
